IRNA � Iranian navy is after reinforcing Iran diplomacy, promoting the position of the country in the international community and safeguarding sea borders, deputy navy commander said.

Addressing the Friday Prayers congregation, Rear Admiral Touraj Hassani Moghadam said Iranian navy has put on the agenda resistance and fight against enemies.

Iran navy forces are at the highest level of power and deterrence and are defending national interests and resources of the country.

He also referred to adding two submarines to naval fleet which are capable of performing maritime missions and surprising enemies.

Hassani Moghadam went on to say that Iranian navy is now doing its mission in Gulf of Aden, Red Sea, and Mediterranean Sea, China and also in the Atlantic Ocean in the near future.
