Tasnim � Head of the Social Security Organization of Iran Seyed Taqi Noorbakhsh and his deputy died in a fatal car crash in the country�s northern province of Golestan.


Mr. Noorbakhsh and his deputy for parliamentary affairs, Abdolrahman Tajeddin, were in the labor minister�s motorcade in an intercity road when a truck hit their SUV.





The two officials were pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital on Thursday evening.

In a message of condolence on Thursday night, President Hassan Rouhani expressed deep sympathy over the passing away of the two officials.

The president paid tribute to Noorbakhsh as a committed and hard-working manager who had been serving sincerely in the administration over the past 5 years.
