MNA � Iran has opened a trading house in Kyrgyzstan�s capital city of Bishkek in a bid to ramp up economic interactions with the Central Asian country.







The trading house was opened on Thursday in a ceremony attended by Iran�s deputy minister for management, development and resources, Alireza Daliri, Iranian Ambassador to Bishkek Ali Najafi, Head of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Marat Sharshekeev,�as well as senior business officials.

Heads of 30 Iranian knowledge-based companies along with some 100 businesspersons from Kyrgyzstan were also present at the event.

The business center is aimed at facilitating transactions for traders that seek to embark on business activities in Iranian or Kyrgyz markets.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, delegations from the two Caspian Sea littoral countries held B2B meetings and discussed ways of boosting different scopes of bilateral cooperation.

Reportedly, Iranian producers are scheduled to showcase their latest products and services in Bishkek in the near future. The exhibition will cover agricultural and animal products, as well as health, sanitation, mining, industrial machinery, building and electronics, textiles, polymer and plastics, and food products.
