IRNA � Iranian taekwondoka Armin Hadipour snatched a gold medal in 2018 Grand Prix Manchester.


Hadipour in the weight category of -58kg defeated rivals from Japan, Thailand and Italy to advance to the final match.

In the final match, he overpowered his South Korean rival and ranked first.

Meanwhile, Sajjad Mardani and Mir Hashem Hosseini on Friday received bronze and silver medals respectively.

The 2018 Grand Prix Manchester is to wrap up on Sunday night.
