IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani on Sunday received members of Iranian national team before departing Tehran for Moscow to attend 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.


In the meeting, President Rouhani said your will is of prime importance in attaining your goals and every member of the team should spare no efforts to bring pride and success for the Iranian nation.

Success is not out of reach thanks to your trainings and endeavors, he said.

Officials at the federation were also present in a farewell ceremony with President Rouhani.

Group B of the 2018 FIFA World Cup will take place on June 15-25, 2018 and the the group comprises Portugal, Spain, Morocco, and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
