US withdrawal predicted in post-JCPOA deals: Trade official

IRNA Iran is not in favor of a US withdrawal from the July 2015 nuclear deal, but the issue has been predicted in the deals Iran has signed after the date, deputy minister of industry, mine and trade said on Tuesday.

We want the Americans to respect the international deals and follow the protocols, Mansour Moazemi said in an exclusive interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

US President Donald Trump was to declare, on May 12, his decision about whether he will suspend anti-Iran sanctions or not but through a twitter message on Monday, he said 'I will be announcing my decision on the Iran Deal tomorrow [May 8] from the White House at 2:00pm.'

Iran has no plan to shut down its activities if they [Americans] leave the nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the minister's deputy said.

'We'll create new opportunities' after the US possible withdrawal from the Iran Deal, Moazemi said.
