China urges all parties to comply with JCPOA

IRNA China Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying urged all parties to stay committed with Iran nuclear deal also known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

JCPOA is preserving non-proliferation, security and stability in the Middle East, Chunying told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Tuesday.

Referring to recent anti-Iran show by the Zionist regime Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, she said China believes that JCPOA implementation should continue comprehensively.

Netanyahu has claimed Israel has obtained 'Irans secret files' which reveal it is still pursuing nuclear weapons program secretly even after the JCPOA came into effect.

Iran Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif has compared Netanyahu to a liar shepherd who wants to tell lies over Irans nuclear drive.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is the only body which has the right to monitor Iran nuclear deal, the Chinese official said, adding that the agency has verified Iran compliance several times.

Elsewhere in her remarks, Chunying pointed to Russian initiatives for supporting Iran Deal, Saying China is for Russian plan.

US President Donald Trump will announce his decision on Iran nuclear deal on Tuesday night.

The US administration has done a great deal during past year to kill Iran nuclear deal.

Trump was initially expected to announce his decision regarding suspending sanctions against Iran and continuing the implementation of the JCPOA on May 12.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has already confirmed ten times Iran's commitment to the landmark July 2015 international deal.

Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said on Tuesday that withdrawing from the NPT has been predicted in the treaty and the Islamic Republic of Iran will withdraw from the treaty if the other side scraps the nuclear deal.

When international agreements turn out to be impractical due to illegal acts of some countries, there will be no reason to remain committed to such international pledges by other countries, he said.

In NPT, member-countries are authorized to withdraw from the treaty in case their interests are threatened, he added.
