IRNA � Azerbaijan Republic Foreign Ministry spokesman dismissed certain media claims about transfer of alleged Iranian nuclear program documents through his country�s soil.


Hekmat Hajiev told IRNA on Friday, �Claims made in this respect have been thoroughly studied and I say for sure that transfer of alleged documents on Iran nuclear program via territory of Azerbaijan Republic is not true.�

A Kuwaiti daily has recently claimed that Israeli intelligence service has transferred Iran nuclear program documents via Azerbaijan Republic to Israel.

Netanyahu recently claimed Israel has obtained 'Iran�s secret files' which reveal Tehran is still pursuing nuclear weapons program secretly even after the JCPOA came into effect.

The statements met with wide-scale global response, as many countries and international organizations rejected Netanyahu�s assertion.
