IRNA Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Uzbek counterpart Abdulaziz Kamilov discussed ways to promote bilateral relations.
During the meeting, both sides held talks on regional and international issues.
Signing comprehensive cooperation document in economic and trade fields, especially in oil, gas, petrochemical, transit, rail transportation, consular services and tourism were among topics discussed by both sides.
Iranian and Uzbek FMs also exchanged views on encouraging businessmen and tourists and reinforcing banking cooperation between two countries.
Both sides also referred to regional issues as regard terrorist groups movements in Afghanistan as a common threat.
Kamilov handed over invitation letter to Zarif to participate in upcoming Afghanistan security conference.
