IRNA A 4.5-magnitude quake hit early morning on Tuesday Hojdak, an area in the southeastern province of Kerman that has been hit by scores of quake since December.
The light tremor was registered at 3:19:40 am local time ( 11:49:40 pm GMT) in the depth of 10 km, at 30.79 degrees latitude and 57.32 degrees longitude
There has been no report so far on possible damage of the quake.
Hojdak, in Ravar region, lies 140 km north of Kerman, capital city of the provine.
A 6.1-magnitude quake hit the area, near Hojdak, in Kerman on December 1. It left no casualties but caused damage to the buildings.
Hundreds of light or moderate tremors have since jolted the area.
