IRNA A flight from Muscat, Oman, to Mashhad, northeastern Iran, will land in Yazd in center of the country due to the bad weather conditions which has restricted the visibility, an official said here on Wednesday.
A Tehran-Mashad flight also returned to where it took off due to obscured vision, Hassan Jafari, an official at Mashad Shahid Hashemi Nejad International Airport told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
The official added that all flights to or from Mashad International Airport will be done with delay until the weather improves.
Mashad Shahid Hashemi Nejad International Airport in this northeastern Iranian province of Khorasan Razavi has averagely recorded 180 flights everyday, and is the second busiest airport in the country after Mehrabad in Tehran.
