The World Summit of Ahlul-Bayt, held by 500 Muslim scholars and elites, was held at the Tehran Summit last week.

"The event kicked off in Tehran on November 22, with over 500 Sunni and Shia scholars from 94 countries together with 250 Iranian scholars in attendance.

The conference mainly aimed to create unity among Muslims, as well as to introduce the school of Ahl al-Bayt and the methods to fight Takfirism, which is the dark ideology of ISIL terrorists and is mostly rooted in Wahhabism.

Speaking at the summit, Mohaghegh pointed to the defeat of ISIL in Iraq and Syria and said ISIL has expanded its bases in Afghanistan, and if this malignant tumor is distributed in Afghanistan, it would lead to the instability of the whole Central Asia. The countries of the world must work on the complete destruction of ISIL, he noted.

According to him, if Muslims, who make up one quarter of the world's population, are united, no one can take a decision without Muslims permission, and global Arrogance cannot sow discord among them.
