Some regional countries have 'ISIL-manufacturing factories': SNSC chief

MNA Secretary of Irans Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani argued that if ISIL had achieved its goals, a major disaster would have occurred, adding some of the countries in the region has an ISIL-manufacturing factories.

If ISIL had achieved its goals, a major disaster would have undoubtedly occurred, Ali Shamkhani said in an interview with IranianNational TVChannel 2 on Tuesday night, adding upon the request of some countries in the region, we cooperated in the process and prevented this catastrophe from happening.

SNSC secretary said if western and some of Arab states of the region were not directly and clearly supporting ISIL, we could bring liberation faster and less costly, adding there exist many documents and films showing their interventions.

Rear Admiral Shamkhani said ISIL's threats has not been terminated yet, because they will move to the countries where they have been created, and this process will last at least 30 years.

Many ISIL members are from Western and Central Asian countries; after this they will return home more experienced than before and will surely create insecurity, he added.

Shamkhani added that Americans, because they knew that the ISIL project was going to decline, launched the plan to boycott Iran and raised the separation of Iraqi Kurdistan Region, which both failed, then decided to disturb Lebanon's security by Prime Minister Saad Hariris obligatory resignation, which faced failure, too.

The SNSC secretary said that the Saudis did not stop the aggression against Iran at different times; they provided lots of financial supports for Saddam during Iran-Iraq Imposed War, however they failed and then resorted to attacks on the Iranian Embassy in Mazar-e-Sharif by Taliban terrorist group which was also supported by the Saudis. Attacks to the Iranian Embassy in Beirut was also the other Saudi plot against Iran, along with 6 years of support for ISIL in Syria.
