IRNA � Three Iranian fishermen detained by Turkmenistan has been released, an informed source told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Sunday.


The Iranian fishermen were arrested and put behind bars in Turkmenistan allegedly for illegally entering the neighboring country's waters, according to the source.

Most of the people, including the three fishermen, who live near the Gomishan Beach in the northern province of Golestan earn a living through fishing in the Caspian Sea.
