The second exhibition of Iranian products is underway in the Lebanese capital city, Beirut, to boost bilateral economic relations between Lebanon and Iran, Press TV reports.
The Made in Iran Exhibition, organized by the Iranian Embassy in Lebanon and the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade, will continue until Sunday.
Around 70 different Iranian companies displayed their latest products, including carpets, handicrafts, foodstuff and technological, industrial and biomedical inventions.
Lebanese Minister of Economy and Trade Nicholas Nahhas, who visited the exhibition along with several Lebanese lawmakers, foreign diplomats and economic and industrial figures, expressed support for the Lebanese private sector in its business interactions with Iran.
We want to see this event be a successful one, Nahhas said.
Iran's Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi pointed to the vigorous participation of Lebanese businessmen in the first exhibition last year and noted, Within five days, over 30,000 Lebanese merchants from different businesses and economic specialties in Lebanon visited the [second] exhibition.

Roknabadi reaffirmed Iran and Lebanons resolve to continue to hold the exhibition in the next years.
