IRNA � Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Monday that opening the European Union office in Tehran is going through its routine procedure.

Qasemi said any final decision will officially be announced.

Answering a question about Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei's emphasis on vaster interaction with the world, he said that Iran has always supported peaceful policies and the new administration will also practice his ideas.
