Shana -- First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri honored Iranian Ministry of Petroleum's achievements over the past 4 years, saying the ministry could save the country 272 million barrels of oil by proper management during the period.

Speaking at the Supreme Energy Council on Monday, the official said the ministry's operations have also reduced emission of 136 million tons of carbon dioxide in the country.
