IRNA � The second stage of prisoner swap between Iran and Turkmenistan has been on the agenda and Iranian mission in Turkmenistan will do its best to address the concerns of prisoners� families, an official said.


Some 27 Iranian convicts kept in Turkmen detention centers were exchanged with three Turkmen nationals serving time in Iranian prisons, Iranian ambassador to
Turkmenistan Mohammad Ahmadi told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Wednesday.

Just after implementation of the protocol, Iran�s mission provided a list of all Iranian prisoners in Turkmenistan which was sent to the country.

Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia-Pacific Affairs Ebrahim Rahimpour also in different meetings with officials of Turkmenistan Foreign Ministry highlighted prisoner swap protocol.
