IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif offered his condolences on the death of coal miners in yesterday�s explosion in Northern Iran.
�The horrible death news of some painstaking coal miners in Golestan Province who were seeking the prosperity of the region with their efforts, caused great and unbearable sorrow,� the foreign minister said in his message.
�I express my condolences and sympathy to Iranian people and particularly Iran labor community and the families of the deceased miners,� Zarif added.
An explosion in a coal mine in Golestan Province (northeastern of Iran) yesterday has left at least 22 dead and 48 wounded and entrapped.
