IRNA – Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani announced that the Council of Guardians has approved parliament’s amendments to next year budget.

“I have just been informed that next year’s budget has been approved the Council of Guardians and the council has found no other problem with it,” Larijani said.

Iranian parliament last Sunday approved the country’s budget for the next Iranian year of 1396 (March 2017-March 2018).

The bill was ratified with 160 for votes, 19 against and four abstentions.
