IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Germany on Friday to attend the 53rd Munich Security Conference (MSC).


Head of JCPOA follow-up commission Abbas Araqchi and Deputy Foreign Minister for European and American Affairs Majid Takht-Ravanchi are also accompanying Zarif during the visit.

More than 500 participants are expected to attend the event.

On Feb 15, Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said that Zarif is scheduled to address the conference.

Qasemi noted that Zarif is also to exchange views with presidents and foreign ministers of a number of the participating countries as well as owners of economic enterprises on the sidelines of the security conference.
