IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani left Tehran on Wednesday for the capital city of Armenia to deepen bilateral and regional cooperation.


The President's day-long Yerevan visit is taking place in line with the Iranian government's policies on promotion of its regional relations.

On the latest round of his regional tours, the Iranian President is going to visit Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

The visitis are taking place upon the invitations from his counterparts in those countries.

Holding talks on issues of mutual interest as well as signing several agreements of cooperation are scheduled for the Yerevan's visit.

Also, Iran-Armenia business forum will be held there.
