AKI Press- The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran discussed cooperation issues, said the press service of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry.

Minister Talantbek Batyraliyev on December 13 met the representatives of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran and the Semnan University of Medical Sciences.

The talks addressed the issues of cooperation in the sphere of medicine and medical and health services, drug production and medical education between the two countries.

They raised issues of possibility of allocating quotas for treatment of Kyrgyz citizens in Iran and the possibility of training professional development of doctors from Kyrgyzstan.

The sides as a result of the meeting developed a draft memorandum of cooperation between the two countries health ministries.
