Sputnik- Russia is cooperating with legitimate Syrian government in the fight against terrorism while Damascus has the right to invite other partners that could help it defeat terrorists, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said Monday.

TEHRAN (Sputnik)�� Bogdanov, who held consultations on�Monday with�Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Jaberi Ansari in�Tehran, commented on�claims that Moscow is coordinating its actions with�Lebanon Hezbollah in�southern Syria. "We solely cooperate with�state governments, in�this case�� with�the legitimate Syrian government�We support the Syrian army in�the fight against�terrorists on�the Syrian territory, acting on�request by�the Syrian authorities, which have the right to�decide who else they can invite to�assist in�their counter-terrorism operations," Bogdanov told reporters in�Tehran.
