Tehran, Sept 19, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani says Iran and Cuba are two countries which have been under pressure of certain powers.

�Cuba is a revolutionary country, being a friend to Islamic Iran,� Rouhani told reports on his arrival at the Josse Marti International Airport in the Cuban capital Havana.

�In our meetings with senior Cuban officials, we will discuss ways of promoting bilateral relations in political, economic, scientific and technological fields,� Rouhani said.

Referring to the 17th Non-Aligned Movement Summit, Rouhani also said that it was a very good session and all points in the statement of the session were approved and the Islamic Republic of Iran�s stances and four-year activity of Iran when presiding over the NAM were outlined in the form of speech to the meeting.

On the sidelines of the summit several meetings were held with heads of state of the participant countries, he said.
