TEHRAN, Aug 10 (Shana) Director of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC) Nasser Sajjadi said on Tuesday that daily export of oil derivatives exceeds 61 million liters.
Sajjadi told Shana reporters that export of oil products exceeded 56 million liters in the March 20-August 9 period.
Additionally, 61 million liters of gasoil and crude resid were exported daily in the July 22-August 9 period, said Sajjadi, adding that in the March 20-August 9 period 44 million liters of crude resid and 13 million liters of gasoil were exported daily and on the whole, export of crude products has reached 56 million liters a day.
The Iranian official said in the July 22-August 9 period, 47 million liters of crude resid and 14 million liters of gasoil, i.e. 61 million liters of products, were daily exported.
The official said last year, gasoil exports stood at three million liters, while export of the products only rose four times in the Iranian month of Mordad (July 22-August 21).
