Beirut, Aug 1, IRNA Head of politburo of Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Farouk Kaddoumi on Monday acknowledged Iran's regional policy, saying that JCPOA was a victory for the Islamic Ummah vis-a-vis the world arrogance.
He made the remarks in meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Jordan Mojtaba Ferdowsipour in Amman.
Kaddoumi applauded Iran's stances about the regional developments, especially defending Palestine, holy Quds and brave stance against enemies of resistance to terrorism.
Former Palestine Foreign Minister appreciated Iran's foreign policy in the Middle East region, especially in Syria and Iraq being in line with maintenance of regional security.
Ferdowsipour lauded personality of Mr. Kaddoumi in fight against the Israeli occupiers and political career opposing the doomed OSLO agreement.
The ambassador explained regional developments as well as JCPOA achievements and underlined that defending Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque has always been the first priority for Islamic Republic of Iran.
The two sides underlined that relying on Islamic resistance and Intifada of Palestinian youth are the sole way to liberate Palestine and free all occupied territories.
