Countering terrorism, in any shape and at any place, is much in demand by the international community and the human conscience, the spokesman noted.

An 18-year-old German-Iranian gunman opened fire in a crowded Munich shopping mall on Friday evening, killing at least 10 people and wounding 16 others before killing himself.
