Tehran, June 26 (Shana) -- The operation to launch and start a see gas pipeline to deliver gas from Salman gas field in Persian Gulf waters to South Pars inshore refinery facilities has successfully sewn up.

Operator of Refinery IV of South Pars Gas Complex told Shana that the gas recovered from 9 wells at Salman field is being transported to refinery facilities through a 32-inch pipeline to be injected into the national gas trunkline after separation.

He said the gas enters the refinery facilities of phases 6 through 8 of South Pars at 72 bar pressure and at 27 degrees centigrade.

He said Refinery IV is fed by 14 mcm/d of gas from Siri Platform.
