Tehran, June 8, The Iran Project Deputy Head of Iran's Chamber of Commerce for international affairs saidthat Israeli lobby seeks to kill the nuclear deal to deprive Iran from JCPOA benefits.
Speaking to a foreign policy reporter on Wednesday, ICCIMAs deputy for international affairs Ali Akbar Farazi noted thatIsrael lobby and its allies, Saudi Arabia and US Republicans in particular, seekto kill the nuclear deal and portray it falsely by spending lots of money and hyping in order to deprive Iran from JCPOA benefits.
Many issues came to existence in post-JCPOA era and bank transaction problems are not excluded, he added.
Pointing to the period that there were no official trade relations between Iran and western countries, Farazi said that the financial transaction problems between Iran and European banks are both technical and political.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he reiterated that European banks follow Irans developments optimistically and try to do financial transactions directly.
Referring to the removal of sanctions against Iran, the high ranking official added that JCPOA is a bilateral agreement and US have to be committed to the agreement.
While Tehran and the Group 5+1 (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany) reached the nuclear deal on July 14, 2015 and started implementing it on January 16, some Iranian officials have complained about the US failure to fully implement the accord. Earlier, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei said Americans have yet to fulfill what they were supposed to do as per the nuclear deal.
Iran still has problems in its banking transactions, because Western countries and those involved in such processes are afraid of Americans, the Iranian leader said, criticizing the US for its moves to prevent Iran from taking advantage of the sanctions removal.
