Tehran, May 20, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani arrived in the holy city of Qom on Friday to meet with senior clerics living in the city.

Upon his arrival, the president was accorded warm welcome by Qom governor-general and a number of other local officials.

Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli, Presidential Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian, Vice-President for Parliamentary Affairs Majid Ansari and Vice-President for Executive Affairs Mohammad Shariatmadari, as well as Hesameddin Ashena, a media advisor to the president are accompanying President Rouhani in his visit to Qom.
