He made the remarks in a meeting with Dutch economic activists on the sidelines of the 21st Iran International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals.
Expansion of ties with average size Asian and European companies is Irans new approach for cooperation with the world, the official added.
Shell Oil Company is the most well-know company in Netherland but not the only one and Iran is interested to develop relations with both Sell and smaller companies, Zamani-Nia added.
The 21st International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition of Iran Iran Oil Show 2016 opened in capital Tehran on Thursday. Around 1,900 companies 900 from Iran and 880 from 38 countries showcased their latest achievements in the Show which ended May 8.
