Tehran, March 30, IRNA � Austrian President Heinz Fischer expressed his regret over the delay in the scheduled visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Vienna saying that it will not affect quality of bilateral relations.


The Austrian President's Office in a statement quoted Fischer saying that it was understandable that any government can decide about the security of its head of state.

The statement was referring to putting off of President Rouhani's visit slated for March 30-31 for security reasons after mutual agreement.

'Cooperation in political, economic, cultural, and scientific fields will continue in an inclusive trend,' Fischer said.
