Tehran, March 26, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani in a message offered his condolences on the crash of rescue helicopter in Fars province.

He said the brave acts of devoted personnel of rescue and relief teams will always be remembered by the Iranian people.

Rouhani wrote in his message 'The painful incident of the rescue helicopter crash in Fars province, which caused death of a number of our compatriots, caused deep sorrow and grief for nation.'

He condoled with the Iranian nation and bereaved families of the victims and wished them patience.

A rescue helicopter, which was carrying an injured patient from a city 25 kilometers south of Shiraz, capital of Fars province, crashed on Friday evening leaving all nine passengers and crew on board dead.
