TEHRAN - Former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei has advised Arab governments for de-escalation with Iran.

In a recent post on his Twitter account the Egyptian politician has asked Arabs to let wisdom govern their decision-making and not to go to destructive war.

He called on the Arab governments to opt for peaceful settlement of international disputes.

He also asked if the Arab governments could hold a dialogue with Iran, probably with Turkey also, to settle the regional disputes and lay down the foundation for regional security.
