Tehran, Jan 31, IRNA � Imam Khomeini's grandson, Hojatoleslam Seyyed Hassan Khomeini said the wave of public determination will destroy anything which stands against them.


The cleric, who is the manager of the complex which also accommodates the tomb of the late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini, made the remarks here on Sunday during the visit of the Iranian cabinet members to the shrine.

He said people will certainly welcome any sincere act and will destroy any obstacles on fulfillment of their demands.

He said he was happy to host the cabinet in days which markd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution and noted that the government of President Hassan Rouhani managed to tackle economic and political problems.

He said the secret behind the Late Imam's success was the fact that people sensed he was truly in their service and thus welcomed him.

Pointing to the upcoming elections, he hoped that people would massively turn out in the polls as they have always done in the past.
