Tehran, Jan 30, IRNA The head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) announced that the organization plans to hold special programs in 60 countries to mark the 37th anniversary of the Islamic Revolutions victory.
According to ICROs website, Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman in a press conference on January 27 said the organization will hold 450 special programs in different countries on the occasion.
He said that the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) World Assembly, Al-Mustafa International University, Irans Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the IRIB, among others, will cooperate in holding the programs.
Torkaman added that more than 80 Iranian cultural representatives in 60 countries will host the programs with the participation of ambassadors, cultural figures, and others.
Specialized sessions have been planned to be organized in 17 Iranian cultural centers to introduce the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and Iran's developments since the victory of the revolution.
Iranian experts and scholars, who have written works on the Islamic revolution, will be sent to 14 countries to present speeches in the programs.
The organization will publish articles featuring the realities of Iranian society today and introducing Iranians scientific and technological achievements, in 16 countries.
Organization of 14 book fairs and 23 exhibitions of photos and posters in 23 countries are the other programs of ICRO on the Fajr (Dawn) Ten-Day celebrations, he stated.
He also said that the Iranian Film Festival will also be held on the occasion in 20 countries.
Iranian handicrafts will be put on display at different exhibitions in 39 countries and 160 Iranian artists will introduce Islamic-Iranian art and civilization in 27 countries.
Also among the programs of the organization is to hold academic seminars on the Islamic Revolution in 18 countries, educational workshops in 13 countries, and the Iranian-Bulgarian Children and Teenagers Friendship Week in Bulgaria.
The Islamic Thought Foundation affiliated to ICRO has published two special issues of the 'Echo of Islam and 'Al-Wahda magazines respectively in English and Arabic on the occasion as well as more than 1200 articles in Persian, English, Arabic and French.
