Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ibrahim Rahimpur said that Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov could possibly visit Tehran in three months.


MOSCOW (Sputnik)�� Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ibrahim Rahimpur expressed hope on�Tuesday that Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will be able to�visit Tehran as�early as�in three months.


"We are hoping that the Russian minister will visit Iran this year, possibly, in�three months. We are discussing this issue," Rahimpur told RIA Novosti during�an unofficial visit to�Moscow.

"The situation in�the region shows the need for�such a visit, and we certainly hope that it will take place," the Iranian diplomat stressed.
