Tehran, Oct 27, IRNA - Transfer of technology to and investment in Iran should be the major part of Iran and Finland cooperation, Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-e Ravanchi said on Tuesday.

He made the remarks in a meeting with Finnish Under-Secretary of State for External Economic Relations Matti Anttonen.

During the meeting, Takht-e Ravanchi and Anttonen discussed latest developments in Syria, Yemen and Afghanistan and ways of boosting security in the region.

Takht-e Ravanchi referred to the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Yemen and called for immediate dispatch of humanitarian aids for the defenseless people in the war torn region.
