Tehran, Sept 20, IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in a decree on Sunday appointed Mohammad Hassan Habibollah Zadeh as Iran's new charg� d'affaires to London.

According to the media department of the Iranian foreign ministry, Habibollah Zadeh has already served as Iran's non-resident charg� d'affaires to London and head of first bureau of Western Europe at the Iranian foreign ministry and has carried out missions to Russia and Swiss.
