Zarif due in Bangladesh

Tehran, Sept 16, IRNA Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday left Beijing for Dakar of Bangladesh to confer with the country's officials.

In a press release issued on Monday, Bangladesh Foreign Ministry announced that Zarif is scheduled to visit this country on 15-16 September 2015 to brief the Bangladesh leadership on the nuclear agreement between Iran and E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the European Union) agreed upon in July 2015.
During the visit, Iranian foreign minister is slated to have a meeting with his Bangladeshi counterpart Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, the press release added.
He is also expected to pay courtesy calls on the president and prime minister of Bangladesh. Issues related to mutual cooperation in different prospective sectors are expected to be discussed during the meetings/calls on, the press release wrote.
After holding talks with Chinese officials on issues of mutual interests along with regional and global developments, the Iranian foreign minister left Beijing for Dakar to confer with the country's officials.
Zarif heading a delegation arrived in Beijing on Monday night and was welcomed by the country's officials.
The visit to China was made upon an official invitation made by his Chinese counterpart where the two sides exchanged views on Vienna accord and the efforts of the both countries to improve relations and cooperation.
