Afkham: Iran calls for improving ties with neighboring, Muslim states

Tehran, Aug 26, IRNA - Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said on Wednesday that Iran has always called for improving relations with the neighboring and Islamic states and believes that negotiations should be regarded as principles to broaden relations.

Stability is of prime importance for Iran and believes that under close negotiations, the grounds for more cooperation, development as well as resolving regional disputes will be prepared, she said.
Dialogue is basis need of governments and countries in the region, the Islamic Republic of Iran insists on its principled policy and calls for improvement of relations with the neighboring states, she said.
Iran is hopeful to see new chapter for expansion of constructive cooperation with the countries in the sensitive region of the Middle East, she said.
