Two Tehran MPs have lashed out at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance for giving the green-light for the screening of a movie which as they allege supports the sedition movement [post-election unrest in 2009 sparked by two presidential candidates who disputed the election results] and paints a black picture of conditions in society.
Mehrdad Bazrpash, a member of parliaments Presiding Board, said that the board has received a call by Zohreh Tayyebzadeh and Fatemeh Alia for the Culture Minister Ali Jannati to appear in parliament and answer for the performance of his ministry.
