TEHRAN (FNA)- Deputy Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Asqar Zare'an underlined that the country's nuclear industry will experience a boom after the nuclear agreement between Tehran and the world powers.

After the agreement "of course, we will have limited modifications, but new horizons will appear in the country's nuclear industry and a fundamental development is waiting for us", Zare'an said, addressing the managers and personnel of Natanz nuclear enrichment site in the Central province of Isfahan on Monday.

Noting that Iran plans to simultaneously work on different generations of centrifuges, including the IR8, he said the AEOI will also move towards commercialization of its products and will standardize them to increase international cooperation.

In relevant remarks last month, AEOI Chief Ali Akbar Salehi announced the country's plans to sell its strategic nuclear products to other countries.

"We plan to sell our strategic products, including enriched uranium and heavy water, meaning that we will practically join the countries which can use their peaceful nuclear technology for commercialization in the international system," Salehi said.

"We are the only country among the 130 to 140 developing states that can export two of our strategic products to the international markets; enriched uranium and heavy water," he said.

Salehi downplayed the 10-year-long limitations on Iran's nuclear activities based on July 14 nuclear agreement between Tehran and the world powers, and said during this period the country will build more advanced centrifuges, will commercialize them and will run activities in Natanz nuclear enrichment facilities to reach the 190,000 Separative Work Units (SWU) and 1,000,000 SWU in due time.

"Therefore, the enrichment in Natanz will be maintained and the Arak reactor will remain a heavy water facility in nature," Salehi underlined.
