Tehran, Aug 6, IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has reiterated that the Islamic Republic of Iran has never been after nuclear weapon and has no intention to do so in future.

Therefore, he said, the claim that the recent agreement in Vienna between Iran and P5+1 had closed the way to Iran�s access to nuclear bomb was in fact �acquiring what has already been acquired.� Such claims are made merely to appease critics and the Zionists, Zarif said.
The foreign minister made the statement in response to remarks made by President Barack Obama about the Vienna deal.
