Tehran, July 30, IRNA Eminent Iranian writer Houshang Moradi Kermani will accompany a 10-member group of Iranian authors to the 28th Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF).
Iran has been selected as the guest of honor at the international book fair, Fars News Agency reported.
Director of the event, Sergei Kaykin met Iran's Cultural Attach to Russia Reza Maleki to describe the plans and facilities available to Iran as the guest of honor to carry out its cultural programs.
Maleki hoped that given the long-standing cultural relations between Tehran and Moscow, Iran's participation will open a new chapter in cooperation between the two in the field of books and publications.
The Moscow International Book Fair (MIBF) was established in 1977 and is an official member of the International Organization of Book Publishers.
Iran will be represented by the Cultural Fairs Institute at the 28th MIBF which is slated for September 2-6, 2015.
