Count down begins for negotiating parties to come to terms: Media

Vienna, July 12, IRNA Count down began for the negotiating parties to come to terms, according to media. Diplomats say sticking issues still remained unresolved.

IRNA reporters in Vienna say that currently deputies foreign minister Majid Takht-e Ravanchi and Abbass Araqchi, US Under-Secretary of State Wendy Sherman and Robert Malley, Special Assistant to the President and White House Coordinator for the Middle East are involved in negotiations.

They say that the end of the current session precedes an scheduled tripartite meeting of Iran Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif, the US Secretary of State John Kerry and European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.

Araqchi and Takht-e Ravanchi have started meeting with Sherman since 8 am on Sunday and then Malley joined them.

Araqchi and Takht-e Ravanchi are to come to the negotiating table after half an hour break. They will initially meet Sherman and then European Union deputy foreign policy chief Helga Schmid.
