An expert in international relations says although Iran and P5+1 reached an agreement in Lausanne [in April], the two sides continue to get more concessions at the negotiating table.

Mehdi Motaharnia, a university professor, further said that for parties to the talks an agreement which is inevitable will serve their interests, adding that Iran and P5+1 have clinched a nuclear deal, but time has yet to come for the announcement of the conclusion of an agreement.
