100k new IT jobs by 2016: First VP

TEHRAN, Jul. 02 (MNA) President Rouhanis first VP promised a flourishing prospect in IT and ICT job market due to coming developments.In the inauguration ceremony of the development project of Irans infrastructural transmission network, First Vice-President Ishagh Jahangiri commented on the future of governing to be totally different thanks to ICT.

Being responsive to public demands and problems, the eleventh administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran is seriously determined to fully implement IT and e-government services in its functioning procedures, Jahangiri said.

Further he added that he is for the provision of new technologies for the general public with no restriction.

Brightening the prospect for IT and ICT graduates, Iranian First Vice President promised better business environment for IT and ICT startups.

He also reassured that the administration is working on infrastructures and 100,000 new jobs in IT and ICT fields would be created by the end of year.

Jahangiri referred to President Rouhanis promises and reaffirmed that the government is overcoming obstacles of improving bandwidth and communication infrastructures.
