TEHRAN, Jun. 23 (MNA) Iranian senior official says any international agreement must go through legal channels and be approved by the Parliament before implementation.
Head of Expediency Council's Strategic Research Center Ali Akbar Velayati made the remarks among reporters on the sidelines of his meeting with Syrian Minister of Interior Affairs Mohammad Ibrahim al-Shaar, on Tuesday.
He referred to the Parliaments bill on preserving nuclear rights and achievements that was passed today, adding the Parliament must approve any instances of Irans becoming a party to any protocols, and that any international agreement needs the parliamentarians approval before it could be implemented.
